DC mobile

MC Series Mobile DC Charger, 20–80 kW

A DC charger on wheels that goes to the vehicle instead of the other way round. Plug it into a three-phase supply and charge at 20 to 80 kW wherever it is parked.

  • 7" colour touch display
  • OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1
  • Emergency stop

The MC Series is a DC charger built to move. It sits on castor wheels with a carry handle, plugs into a three-phase supply and delivers 20 to 80 kW through a CCS2 connector.

When the vehicle cannot come to the charger

Breakdown services use it to rescue cars with an empty battery. Dealers and workshops roll it to whichever bay needs it. Fleets park vehicles in yards without fixed charging bays, and event organisers need charging for a weekend, not for ten years. In each case a mobile unit avoids digging trenches for a permanent installation.

Pick the model by the supply you have

The limiting factor is usually the outlet, not the car. A 20 kW model draws about 31 A per phase; an 80 kW model needs about 124 A. Choose the largest model your typical supply can carry — see the table below — or ask us to check your site.

Frequently asked questions

Does the MC Series have its own battery?

No. The MC Series is a mobile charger that runs from a three-phase grid supply wherever it is plugged in. It does not store energy.

Which model should a dealer workshop choose?

Usually the 30 or 40 kW model — fast enough to charge cars for handover or diagnostics, and it runs on a supply most workshops already have.
